Each tutoring session consists of 30 – 45 minutes of instruction
Refunds in the event of a rescheduled or canceled course
In the event of a session being rescheduled by Stephens Educational Services, the student/parent will be notified and be given the option of attending a different day. If fees have been paid prior to the session, a full refund will be provided within 24 hours.
Refunds for students who are late or miss lessons
It is extremely important that students respectfully attend all sessions on time. If a student is late for a session the tutor will wait up to 10 minutes before the student will be considered absent and thus will not be refunded if services were paid prior to the session. If a student is unable to attend a session, the student must contact the tutor, via email, or phone a minimum of 4 hours prior to the session or a $25 fee will be charged to the next session. All efforts will be made from the time the notice is provided to reschedule the lesson for a future agreed upon date and time.
